If your current number is from Grasshopper, follow the instructions below:
To begin forwarding your calls to your VoiceNation number, sign in to your Grasshopper online account.
- On your Grasshopper dashboard, click on Settings
- Select Call Forwarding Settings, then Extensions.
- Click edit next to an existing extension
- Select the “Add a forwarding number” box
- Enter the VoiceNation phone number in the “Forwarding number” box
- In the next section, select the second option (Calls will connect to you as soon as you pick up)
- Choose when you’d like VoiceNation to answer calls
- Click the “Add this number” box
