How much does a virtual receptionist service cost?

We've outlined our virtual receptionist plans above so you can decide which package is the best fit for your business. If your requirements go beyond our 1000 plan, that's no problem. We can customize a solution that’s better suited for your call volume.

How does the free trial work?

The free trial covers basic, straight message taking only, for evaluation purposes. Our free trial is for 7 days or 30 minutes, whichever milestone is achieved first. Our live receptionists will take your calls and collect basic information such as the caller’s name, best call back number and time, email address, company name, and what the call is regarding. These messages are delivered to you in real time via email and/or text, and are visible on the dashboard and mobile app. You will have complete transparency and visibility of every aspect of your account in the dashboard, including how many minutes you've used, detailed call statistics and more.

What if I go over my minutes?

If you go over your set monthly minutes, there will be an additional minute charge, which varies per plan. When it comes to answering service pricing comparisons, VoiceNation exceeds expectations.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. You can forward your existing number to us at any time, and we’ll start answering your calls. Or you can port your number from your existing carrier and VoiceNation can host it for you.

Why do I need a designated VoiceNation number?

You need this number for forwarding your calls to your new Virtual Receptionist. You can also publish this number as your business number, helping to keep your personal number private.

How long does it take to get set up?

We can start taking your calls as soon as you sign up. The rest of your account setup, such as custom scripting, takes a mere 24 hours to process.

Can you transfer calls to my cell phone or home phone?

We can transfer calls to any U.S. number. We can transfer to multiple numbers, too.

How do I check my usage?

You can see how many minutes you’ve used within the monthly bill period by checking the mobile app or online dashboard.
