Referral Terms & Conditions
- Both clients and non-clients are eligible for our referral program.
- The referrer will receive a $500 Visa e-gift card for every successful referral. A successful referral is considered to be once the referred person has been either a VoiceNation Virtual Receptionist, Live Answering or Live Chat client for more than 3 months.
- The $500 Visa e-gift card (also known as Vanilla Gift Virtual Account) is subject to Terms & Conditions - visit Vanilla Gift for further details.
- It is only the referrer who will receive the reward, not the person who has been referred.
- Self-referrals will not result in any reward.
- Only new referral inquiries are accepted through the program. If the contact referred has been in touch with VoiceNation about a service within the last 6 months, this will not result in a reward for the referrer.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can put forward.
- VoiceNation reserves the right to make changes to our referral program without notice at any point.
- Should a referred person change plan or service during their first 3 months, VoiceNation will honor the referrer’s reward.
