Ninja Number: Cancel My Service or Phone Number

We hate to see you go - but if you must, you can cancel your service or phone number through either the dashboard or the Ninja Number app.

Cancel from the Dashboard

To cancel your Ninja Number Service or Phone Number:

1. Log in to dashboard.ninjanumber.com with your account number.

2. Open the NinjaBot.

3. Click Account.

4. Choose Cancel Plan.

Cancel from the Ninja Number App

To cancel your Ninja Number Service or Phone Number within the app:

1. Open the app.
2. Touch the menu icon in the top-left corner.
3. Choose Setup and Configure Number.
4. Tap Account
5. Select Cancel.
