Ninja Number: Billing

Billing is due on the 1st of the month.  If your bill Is not paid by the 15th of the month, your service is turned off.

It is simpler to have a payment method on file so on the first of every month you do not have to ask yourself, “Did I pay my phone bill?  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”

To view your invoice:

  1. Login to your Ninja Number app.
  2. When the NinjaBot greets you, tap Billing.
  3. NinjaBot will ask you what you would like to do. Select View Invoices. You’ll then see your current invoice.
  4. Swipe right to see previous months’ invoices.

Currently paying your bill through the app is not supported.
