Ninja Number: Adding an Extension

To add an extension to your Multi Plan account:

1. Log into your Ninja Number Dashboard.
2. At the top of the Dashboard, click your number. From the drop-down menu, select the number assigned as Multi Ext.
3. The Your Extensions panel displays. Click the Configure button.
4. The Multiple Extensions Setup window displays.
5. Scroll down to the Extensions section and click Add extension.
6. You're prompted to invite an extension user by entering their email address. Enter the user's email address and press Enter.
7. The user you invited will receive an email inviting them to Ninja Number. Once they accept the invitation, their number will be added to the Extensions list.
