There are so many ways to reach out to our Ninja Support! A lot of other virtual phone number apps don’t provide support. Crazy, right? We wanted to make sure it’s easy for you to reach our Support Ninjas when you need help.

Support ticket
There are a few ways to submit a support ticket through the Ninja Number app.
Using NinjaBot
You can connect to support through NinjaBot. Just open up a chat! You can do so one of two ways:
Open the hamburger menu and choose Setup. Then choose NinjaBot Setup.
Or you can tap the NinjaBot icon in the top right corner of the app screen.
Now that you’re chatting, choose More.
From there, you can choose Support.
Select Questions? and you’ll be routed to our Ninja Support page!
Here you can search for questions and answers. Or to submit a ticket, select the icon on the bottom left of the screen. It’s a yellow circle with a circled question mark in the middle. This will go straight to our Support Ninjas who will jump into action!
From the hamburger menu
Open the hamburger menu and choose the Account dropdown.
From there, choose Help.
You’ll be taken to our Mobile App Help page. You can browse through topics and other articles. Again, once you scroll to the bottom, you’ll see the icon to submit a ticket!
