What's Happening?

Alphapage joined VoiceNation in late July.  VoiceNation has been in business since 2002 and is Headquartered near Atlanta, but services clients across America.  Alphapage made the decision to partner with VoiceNation as it is known for its innovative technology, great company culture, and excellent customer service.

Why is this happening?

By combining with VoiceNation, Alphapage customers can benefit from a more advanced technology platform, customer portal and app which are all under constant development by the in-house team. In addition to a more robust technology platform Alphapage can also access complimentary communication services such as live chat and lead qualification.  

What’s next?

Alphapage will go on to operate as they have for 30+ years.  Maria Iglesias will continue to run the day-to-day operations. All of the receptionists employed by Alphapage maintain their positions answering your calls.   

When? 

Your account will transition over to VoiceNation’s platform and billing system between September 15 and October 1, 2022.

What do I have to do?

Very little – all the changes will be made in the background. The Alphapage and VoiceNation account managers will be on hand to answer any questions you have through the process.
