The complexity of your account determines the length of the setup process, but typically an account can be set up in 7-10 business days. Rush considerations can be accommodated, but please contact us for more details so we can better understand your needs. There is a setup fee of $1,000, which includes the following: 500 free minutes, the programming of your account, unlimited intake scripts that you can customize, CRM integration, Live Chat integration, Outbound Calling agent training, DID number(s), personalized greeting messages, voice mailboxes and customized reports.

How do you monitor quality?

We have a dedicated quality assurance team with decades of customer service experience that manages our quality of service. We monitor and listen to thousands of calls each month to maintain the high standards of service our clients deserve and expect.

Can I cancel my contract at any time?

Yes – all we need is one-months’ notice. It’s worth noting that our plans are billed on the first day of each month, so if you request to cancel your contract after the 1st calendar day of the month, you’ll be charged for that full month of service.
