How Do I Forward My Number with RingCentral

Welcome to VoiceNation!

To begin forwarding your calls to your VoiceNation number, sign in to your RingCentral online account.

For Admins:

  1. Locate the Quick Access page in the Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to Users > Manage Users.
  3. Select the extension to configure.
  4. Click Call Forwarding and Voicemail.

For Users:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding and Voicemail.
  2. Under the WorkHours tab, click Add number or coworker.
  3. Choose whether the added VoiceNation number is a Number or Coworker under the Name column.
  4. Enter the Name for the device under the Name column.
  5. Enter the VoiceNation Phone Number under the Number column.
  6. Set how long you want the call to ring under the Ring For column.
  7. Ensure that the toggle is switched on under the Active column.
  8. Click Save.
