Operator call handling time minutes can now be viewed online!
If you have Live Answering service you can now see your billable operator call handling time minutes from your account online! Before we made this great new feature available you were only able to see the entire duration of your call which included on hold time, patch time, and call transfer time. VoiceNation realized that this feature did not help with determining the amount of minutes you would actually be billed for since Live Answering service only charges for actual operator call handling time minutes and not the entire duration of the call. For your convenience, we have made this feature available from the Call History page on your account online. Change the date range for the “Live Operator Call Stats” to see a detailed report documenting each call that has been connected to your live answering operator!
