Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Call Center

VoiceNation is a preferred call center partner for thousands of business nationwide. We have immediate openings for various shifts and positions. Position placement will be determined during interview process. Our inbound call center handles calls for various clients in a professional, upbeat and friendly manner. Our Customer Service Representatives take calls ranging from order taking, appointment setting, customer service, event registration, call screening, call transfer, and more. Because our call center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, candidates must be available to work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays.

***All candidates must complete a mandatory 2 week training. There are 2 options for training schedule. 9AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday***

 

Job Requirements:

  • MUST BE RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE AND ON TIME!!!
  • Must be bi-lingual – Spanish and English Speaking
  • Available to work weekends (includes both Saturday and Sunday)
  • Available to work holidays
  • Great Phone Voice
  • Type 35 wpm 70% accuracy (online data entry)
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to defuse difficult or irate callers
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
